PROGRAMMAZIONE
La programmazione di questi modelli è limitata all’ impostazione del numero degli impulsi al minuto che la
pompa deve effettuare. Sul frontale della pompa sono presenti soltanto 3 tasti di cui 2 per incrementare e
decrementare il numero di impulsi e il terzo START/STOP per fermare e attivare la pompa una volta
impostato il numero desiderato.

HC 200
This model operates constantly and can only be controlled by the facia mounted on/off switch and the
manual stroke frequency control. The frequency is linearly controlled via two left & right arrows on the front
facia, with the stroking speed per minute (SPM) being displayed, see picture opposite.
When the pump is in PASUS a green LED indicates that power is on, the same led pulses in time with the
pump stroking speed during the dosing mode. If your HC 200 has the low level option then the RED LED will
turn on in the event of a low level being reached and the dosing pump will stop until the level has been
restored
This model has also a mechanical stroke length facility included in addition to the on/off switch and electronic
stroke frequency control function. The operator may now make an extra manual mechanical stroke length
adjustment to the dosing pump, thus further increasing the pumps accuracy, and greatly increasing the "turn
down ratio" to achieve much lower dosing rates. The stroke length adjustment should only be made when
the pump is running, and is achieved by pushing and turning the knob. There are 20 settings available
between 0% and 100%.
NB. Below 10% the adjustment will not be linear.
(THE MECHANICAL STROKE LENGTH SHOULD ONLY BE ADJUSTED WHEN THE
PUMP IS RUNNING TO AVOID DAMAGE BEING CAUSED ).
PROGRAMMING
The programming of these models is limited to simple frequency speed control via left & right arrows on the
front facia. The pump has a button labelled (START/STOP) which you allows to stop and to start the pump
after programming.

La pompe HC 200 peut fonctionner exclusivement de manière constante (IMP/MIN); le réglage du débit se
produit variant de 0 à 100% la fréquence des injections à travers les deux flèches qui se trouvent sur le
panneau frontal et qui règlent linéairement le numéro des injections par minute de la pompe. Ce numéro est
visualisé directement sur le display à 3 digits. Sur le panneau frontal il y a une touche START/STOP qui
permet d’activer et d’arrêter la pompe.
En outre, au-dessus à droite du panneau il y a 2 LED, l’un VERT (signal de pompe in pause / indique
chaque impulsion) l’autre ROUGE. Dans la version avec prédisposition pour alarme de niveau le LED
devient ROUGE indiquant que le produit à doser est terminé.
