To connect the filters to the pipes, use
flexible fittings to avoid possible tensions
caused by the pipes.
It is, in fact, preferable not to connect the
threaded pipes directly to the device.
Pipes can be used for welding, pressure
or with union.
Use fittings with cylindrical thread with
GAS or BSP pitch. Do not use fittings with
tapered threads.
When fixing the fittings to the head, avoid
using sealing pastes, hardening liquids,
silicone, hemp or other, but only Teflon
tape.
After fixing, open the taps and check that
there are no leaks or drips.
