The external flexible cables of this unit cannot be replaced;
if the cable is damaged, the part should be replaced.
Check that power is available and connected
properly.
Check and clean
intake strainer
and filter intake.

Check that power

If you are having a problem that you can’t solve by following these steps,
take the item to your Aqua One retailer for inspection as many issues
may be resolved with a replacement part or an adjustment.
