When filling the unit, pull on the handle, attached to the inner tube, all the way out of the outer tube.

Regulating the flow is done by adjusting the gap inside the reactor by turning the knob (2) on top of the unit.
The pump is connected at the bottom of the unit. There is a rubber sealing (8). By the water level control,
splashing noises can be minimized by accumulating the water. The divider, which can be inserted at the top or
bottom, is only used when two different materials (e.g. activated carbon and phosphate absorber) are to be
used in one unit.

The
multi reactors
can be used with different filter media such as activated carbon (i. e. Aqua Medic carbolit,
4 mm), phosphate (i. e. Aqua Medic antiphos FE), zeolite and many others.
The reactor should be placed in a clean area, free from heavy dirt. Otherwise, dirt could accumulate in between
the filter materials and the filter sponge reducing the flow rate. In this case, open the reactor and clean the
sponge. It may be necessary to rinse the filter media as well.
