For the hard to be reached areas under the sofa or the chest of drawers click on the button at the
lower end of your mop and pull out the attachment extension, the flexible swing neck, until the desired
length.
N.B.: Once the Flexi-Neck extension is no longer required, just push this back into the mop. To do this,
depress the button.
