Introduction

operation of this machine will provide the best
possible performance from your APURO product.
This appliance is intended for use in kitchens of
restaurants, canteens and so on when mixing and
liquidising and giving soups and sauces a perfect
consistency. The unit can be used directly in a
container to mix everything from fish soups, stews,
creams and salad dressings to pancake mixes,
pastes, sauces, mayonnaise and alike.
