3.4 Group II/III (15 – 36 KG, from approx. 3 to 12 years) with FIX conn 3-point
vehicle belt
For your child’s safety, ensure that the following checks are carried out before every journey:
The ISOFIX connectors are securely engaged in the anchors and the indicators are
both completely green.
The child car seat is firmly installed in the vehicle.
The child restraint is sat up against the backrest of the vehicle seat.
The 5-point harness is fitted snugly to the child. Make sure you can fit no more
than one finger between the harness and the child’s body. If there is more
space, tighten the harness further.
The 3-point vehicle belt is tight and not twisted at any point.
The Lap belt (23) runs through the armrest on both sides of the child car seat.
The Lap belt (23) runs through the Belt guider Group II/III - B (06).
The Diagonal seat belt (22) runs through Belt guider Group II/III - A (02).
The 5-point harness buckle is properly secured.
Make sure that the 5-point harness is removed.

Adjust the headrest to the correct position.
(Refer to section 2.3)
Place the child car seat facing in the direction of travel
on the vehicle seat.
Prepare the FIX connectors.
(Refer to section 2.1)
Push the child car seat towards the backrest applying
firm, even pressure on both sides.
CAUTION! The ISOFIX connectors (18) are secured
ONLY when both indicators are completely green.

The 5-point harness is fitted snugly to the child. Make sure you can fit no more

space, tighten the harness further.
The straps are not twisted.
The shoulder straps sit in the correct position on the child’ s shoulders.
Any lap strap must be worn low down, so that the pelvis is firmly engaged.
The 5-point harness buckle is properly secured.
3.3 Group I (9 – 18 KG, from approx. 9 months to 4 years) with 3-point vehicle belt +
5-point harness
CAUTION! The Lap belt (23) must go through both
Belt guider GI (07) of the child
car seat.
Pull the Lap belt (23) out and guide it through both Belt
guider GI (07) of the child seat, then put it back to the
Vehicle seat buckle (21). An audible ‘click’ will be heard
once the buckle is locked.
Open the Belt retaining clip GI (14), then put the
Diagonal seat belt (22) through both of them.
Tighten the vehicle seat belt, and then lock the Belt
retaining clip GI (14).
Follow the steps in section 3.2 to secure your child.
