top

heater
head
center
hole

3x
springs
in
screw
locations
top
of
heater
head
13. Carefully
align
heater
head
center
hole
to
vacuum
tube
and
move
head
upward

BEND
VACUUM
TUBE!
14. While
holding
head
in
place,
carefully
install
2x
airflow
tubes
to
rear
pipes
IMPORTANT:
BLUE
‐
BANDED
TUBE
installed
at
TOP,
WHITE
‐
BANDED
TUBE
installed
at
BOTTOM
If
installing
these
flow
tubes
in
error
it
will
generate
an
overtemp
error
when
running
heater
head
15. Carefully
move
head
upward;
install
3x
mounting
screws
through
bottom
holes
and
attach
the
head
to
the
casting
bottom
(NOTE:
3/32”
hex
allen
key
with
long
straight
screwdriver
type
handle
is
preferred
tool
for
installation)
16. Tighten
all
3x
spring
‐
loaded
mounting
screws
until
they
‘stop’
(all
the
way
up)
