For low latency, it should be 70~80 based on PC's performance.

NOTE:

If the video is not smooth, please set the value as 150~1200. This may be result from the network
congest, busy PC (memory is not enough or too many process running at the same time) or PC's
performance is not meet the minimum requirement.
