1. Connect the microphone to MIC 1 or/and MIC 2.

• While you are in the Karaoke mode and experience a (Pi!) sound, please try the following:
- Keep the microphone(s) away from any speakers.
- Lower the sound level of the microphone.
- Lower the sound level volume of the speaker.
How to adjust the sound level of the Microphone(s):
Using the MIC LEVEL on the front panel of the DVD video player, adjust the knob of
MIC LEVEL until your sound level of preference.
How to adjust the ECHO LEVEL/KEY LEVEL:
For echo, using the ECHO LEVEL on the front panel of the DVD video player, adjust
the knob of ECHO LEVEL until your sound level of preference.
To finish the Karaoke:
Disconnect the microphone from the MIC jack.

WHAT IS PROGRESSIVE SCAN?
With the introduction of Digital/High-Definition TV, new HDTV ready televisions can scan viewable information
at double the frequency of standard NTSC televisions. This provides for greater picture clarity and detail. The
AD-2500 provides the delivery of images to these newer televisions with greater detail and a film like quality.
Connect the player to your HDTV ready television using the component video inputs (see page 11).

HOW TO SETUP THE KARAOKE
Make sure that the Karaoke discs a DVD Karaoke disc. This is the only compatible format that this DVD video
player will recognize.
