1 Brief Introduction
Thank you for purchasing SX811-SS portable food pH meter.
This device is a perfect combination of advanced electrical, sensor technology
and software design. The meter is equipped with LabSen753 spear pH
electrode, suitable for testing meat, bread, friuit, and dairy products such as
cheese, yogurt and other solid or semi-solid food sample’s pH value. It could
also be used for testing soil and regular aqueous solution.
