Fault
Solution
LED indicator and
LCD screen light
are not on
1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3. Check the PV array input voltage (whether
lower than 200V)
4. If all the above are ok, check whether the
breaker is good
"Online" indicator
goes out
1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3. Check whether parameters of both AC and DC
sides meet the needs of start-up. If yes, please
check the wiring according to 4.4 Electric
Connection.
PV Voltage Fault
115V

DC Voltage >
950 v or <250V

1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3. Check whether the PV array voltage is 250 V -
950 V.
4.When DC voltage is restored to inverter allowed
range, restart the inverter
Unet Fault

1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3. Detect the AC voltage
4. If the grid voltage is out of inverter’s allowed
range, please contact us.
Frequency Fault

1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3. Detect the frequency of the AC side
4. If the grid frequency is out of inverter’s allowed
range, please contact us.
Temperature Fault

1. Disconnect the AC circuit breaker
2. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker
3.Check whether the ambient temperature is higher
than 60

or lower than -25
