The scooter doesn't
work.
The battery is not fully charged.
The cables or connectors
are loose or disconnected.
The battery is damaged.
Fully charge the battery. First charge
should be eight hours, then up to six
hours for every other charge.
Open the footplate to check if the
cables are connected with the
controller.
Change the battery

It is recommended to charge the
battery frequently every week. The
battery can get damaged if it is not
charged for long periods.
Change the speed button.
Change the controller.
Change the motor.
The Speed button is broken
by crash or violent pull.
The motor is broken because of
an overload or overcurrent.
The controller is broken because
of an overload or overcurrent.
The Scooter running
time is short.
The battery is not fully charged.

The reset button (fuse) has
tripped.
It is on the left side of the battery
case; it will automatically shut
off if the motor has overloaded.

Press the reset button and restart
the scooter.
Check all connectors and cables to
ensure they are connected and
adjusted.
The scooter runs
slowly
Refer to the brake adjustment
instructions.
Be sure not to overload the scooter
with more than 220 lbs (100kg) – the
maximum weight limit. Do not ride on
steep slopes or tow objects with the
scooter. Avoid overloading the
scooter, as the batteries and
components used will wear out.
Only use the scooter on solid, flat
and dry surfaces, such as
pavements.
The Brakes are not set correctly.
The scooter has overloaded.
