In the unlikely event that parts are missing or the products in not working as described, please
contact us so that we may deal with your problem swiftly and minimize delays.
If the fan appears to be vibrating, this may be due to the blades becoming out of alignment.
When the fan is cool, slowly rotate the blades while observing the gap between the tip
of each blade and the top. If one or more of the blades is out of alignment they may
be gently adjusted by holding the blades whilst applying slight pressure to the
misaligned blades. Check and repeat as required.
