In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your Puraflo peat fiber biofilter system
or if service is required, you should contact your Authorized Service Provider. The contact
details for your Authorized Service Provider can be found on the Service Data Label that is
attached to the control panel. You should reference the serial number of the Puraflo peat
biofilter found on the System Data Label attached to the Puraflo modules when you contact
the Authorized Service Provider or manufacturer.
