HOW TO SOLVE COMMON PROBLEMS
If the juicer is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem yourself
first. Do not attempt to repair a defective appliance yourself.

The device is NOT working.

Is the mains supply cord plug properly connected to a mains
power outlet?
•
Is the mains power socket defective? Try another power
outlet socket.
•
Check the fuse on your mains power outlet connection.
•
Is the device correctly assembled? Check if the juice filter
is correctly seated and if the locking clips have been
closed properly.
•
Is the device activated? Press the On/Off switch.
