Round/oval  dishes  rather  than  square/oblong  ones  are  recommended,  as  food  in 
corners tends to overcook.

Narrow strips of aluminium foil may be used to prevent overcooking of exposed 

areas. But be careful don’t use too much and keep a distance of 1 inch (2.54cm) 
between foil and cavity.

The baking plate must not be used without the glass tray. Do not remove the glass 

tray when using the baking plate for cooking. 

IMPORTANT! Baking plate is made of metal. It is not microwave-safe. Do not use 
the baking plate in any microwave cooking stage.
