IFR:
Automatic quick cooling programme
Values setting not required. Can be activated with core probe only.
With the IFR programme, there is no freezing on foodstuffs outer surface. (no
risk of third-degree freezing).
The IFR programme must not be used in negative quick cooling cycles.

Positive Soft
= QC with max. refrigerating air temp. -10°C, max. core temp. + 2°C
Positive Hard
= QC, 40% of time at –25°C, remaining time at –10°C, core temp. is
set to +10°C. Suitable for big cuts of meat.
