Important
Clean the plate appropriately, using the op-
tional equipment available.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1)
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
2)
Make sure the drip tray is empty.
3)
Use the scraper tool ( optionale accessor) to re-
move cooking residues from the plate.
4)
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and
leave it to act for a few minutes.
5)
Close the drain hole with the plug.
6)
Pour water onto the plate, being careful not to
let it overfl ow, and let it soak for a few minutes
.
7)
Remove the plug to drain the water from the
plate.
8)
Remove the drip tray and drain it.
CLEANING THE PLATE
9)
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge, rinse
with plenty of water and dry.
Important
Rinse the cooking plate thoroughly to remove
all residues of the degreasing detergent, and
prevent stains and marks from forming when
the plate is put back into use.
FITTING THE RESIDUE DRAIN EXTENSION
Important
The “Drain extension” accessory is used to
drain directly into a larger container or siphon
with grille
.
To install the accessory proceed as follows:
1)
Remove the drip tray.
2)
Install the extension as shown in the image here
on the side.
