Airless and Multi Spray iCon Pumps
ATTENTION
THE PUMP MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE USING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, AFTER WORKING AND AFTER ANY COLOUR CHANGE.
WARNING
DURING OPERATION THE PUMP EXHAUST AIR
FROM SIDE PORT OF AIR MOTOR.
DO NOT TOUCH THE EXHAUST PORT, WHILE THE
PUMP IS OPERATING.
10.1 FLUSHING BEFORE USE

Before to supply air to the pump, con-
firm that the ball valve is open and
the air regulator is adjusted to 0 bar.

Immerse the suction hose in the con-
tainer, containig cleaning liquid.

Open the drain valve for recirculation
of fluid.

Set the pressure regulator up slowly, to the minimum pressure required for the
straight and alternate movement of the pump.

After flushing, drain the dirty liquid by
the drain hose.

Close the drain valve.

Flow out the cleaning liquid from
spray gun.
8
Reset the air regulator to 0 bar.
