Chilli Prawns
16 Large Prawns
1 Red chilli
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 Lemon, juice

Finely chop chilli and garlic. With a pestle and mortar, crush together.

Pour in olive oil and juice of lemon. Mix until all combined.
3.
Pour over marinade over prawns. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4.
Preheat Multi-roaster on GRILL.
5.
Place prawns onto metal skewers and put onto the grill.
6.
Cook until the shells turn pink on both sides.
