Personal safety  

 

We recommend that the user wears safety equipment at all times when using 
the appliance. 

 

Never operate the appliance whilst under the influence of drugs, alcohol or 
medications. 

 

Always wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose fitting clothing, necklaces, 
rings, bracelets or other jewellery. Always remove jewellery before using the 
appliance. 

 

Non-skid footwear and suitable work gloves are highly recommended whilst 
using the appliance. 

 

Wear protective hair covering to contain hair. 

 

Always protect your eyes when using the appliance. It is recommended to wear 
ear protection when using the appliance.  

 

Do not over-reach. Proper footing and balance is essential at all times when 
using the appliance. 

 

Appliance use and care 

 

Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer, the use of 
accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage to the 
appliance and injury to the user. 

 

Keep the appliance clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Never allow the 
plastic parts to come into contact with brake fluid, gasoline, petroleum – based 
products or any strong solvents which contain chemicals that can damage, 
weaken or destroy the housing of the appliance as it could compromise the 
integrity of the insulation.  

 

Do not use the appliance without the hopper attached. (Fig 7)
