100g pineapple
125ml apple juice
Handful of ice
Method
1. Peel and chop the kiwis into chunks.
Place into the sports bottle.
2. Peel and chop the pineapple into
chunks. Add to the bottle.
3. Add the apple juice and a handful of ice.
4. Ensure the lid is locked. Turn the speed
dial to setting 2.
5. Blend until smooth.
Mango and orange
100ml low fat yogurt
2 oranges
1 mango, chunks

Method
