Preparing the eggs
•
Use the pin that is located on the bottom of the measuring cup (11) to prick a
small hole into the larger end of the egg. This will prevent the egg shells from
bursting during boiling.
•
Place the eggs into the egg tray and then place the tray into the boiling plate. At
this point the lid should be closed.
Boiling the eggs
•
Plug the egg boiler into the power supply and switch it on. The egg boiler will
now be in operation.
•
When all the water has evaporated the built
-
in thermostat will switch off the
boiler and a buzzer will sound. The eggs will now be cooked to your preference.
•
Switch the egg boiler off and unplug it from the power supply, remove the lid
carefully as it will be hot and steam may be released. Take out the steam tray
and cool the eggs.
