5.2 Loading bales
The TSR trailer picks up the bales the same angle that the baler puts them on the ground
1- Lower the arm completely and open the
grabber.
The grabber should not touch the ground if
the trailer is perfectly horizontal.
2- Align both arms of the grabber on each
side of the bale and advance the trailer.
3- When the bale touches the end of the
grabber:
•
Close the grabber.
•
Raise the grabber arm completely.
•
Raise the loading (main) arm.
4- When the arm is all of the way up and
the bale is above the platform:
•
Open the grabber.
5- Lower the arm by beginning with the
main arm and then the grabber arm.
6- To load the bale on the second row, raise
slightly the grabber arm then make the
step 2 to 5.
7- Activate the pusher: You have to hold in
the button until the pusher reaches the
end of its cycle. The pusher will return
to the home position automatically.
8- Repeat steps 1 – 6 to complete the load.
