Analox recommend that the electrical output to the injection solenoid is interlocked with an alarm

from the monitoring system. By simply wiring a ‘high oxygen’ alarm contact in series with the

injection valve, the user can prevent incorrect injection of oxygen to the chamber.

Manual isolation valves should also be provided. These will be required if the injection solenoid
jams in the open position.
