7. Open the control valve of the flow indicator to set the flow indication ball between the
two markers. Allow the gas to flow for 2 minutes and ensure the display reading is
settled.

8. Using the external Zero calibration knob, adjust the display to read’000’.

9. Close the control valve of the flow indicator. Remove the control valve from the zero
calibration cylinder and fit it to the span calibration cylinder (10ppm carbon monoxide
in balance air).
10. Open the control valve of the flow indicator to set the flow indication ball between the
two markers. Allow the gas to flow for 2 minutes and ensure the display reading is
settled.
11. Using the trimming tool from the calibration tool kit, adjust the internal trimmer until
the display reads '010' (± 1).
