ADAR1000-EVALZ

User Guide

The ADAR1000-EVALZ has eight signals for driving switches
and biasing amplifiers on transmit and receive modules available
on Connector P9 (see Table 8). Switch driver outputs as well as

LNA bias outputs are common to all four channels, whereas
each PA has an individual corresponding own bias output.

Signal Description

TR_SW_NEG

0 V to −5 V output to drive an external transmit and receive switch

TR_SW_POS

0 V to 3.3 V output to drive an external transmit and receive switch

TR_POL

0 V to −5 V output to drive an external antenna polarization switch

LNA_BIAS

Provides a common bias control voltage (0 V to −4.8 V) for external LNAs

PA1_BIAS to PA4_BIAS

Provide individual bias control voltage (0 V to −4.8 V) for each of the four PAs
