SECTION 5: OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the ingredients into pieces about 2
cm in size (meat diced and tendon
removed).

Use lid plug (or electronic scale) and
measure out the right amount of
ingredients according to personal taste.

Pour the weighed ingredients into the
jar.

Add an appropriate amount of water to
the jar.

Screw the lid plug onto the lid and align
the lid on the side with the jar.
