FORMULAIRE DE GARANTIE
1. Fill out the form telling us who you are, where do you
live, the product name/number and then cut the form on the
doted line.
2. Send the product back to us with a proof of purchase and
the form. Purchasers are responsible for shipping warranty
products to Amundson. Check our Specific shipping section
bellow before sending the product. Our shipping address is:

3. We will get in touch with you as soon as we receive your
package to continue with the warranty process. If you need to

1. Remplissez le formulaire en spécifiant: votre nom;
votre adresse, le nom/code de l’article; coupez ensuite le
formulaire sur la ligne pointillée.
2. Retournez nous le produit avec le formulaire et la preuve
de paiement/d’achat. Les clients sont tenus de payer les
frais d’expédition des articles de garanties à Amundson.
