Take up the automatic nozzle, the signal will be transmitted to the main board. The main
board will transmit the operation signal to driver board, then open the solenoid valve
(optional). The pump sucks the fuel via the filter, then enter into the flow meter, After the
operating of the flow meter, the main board will count the liter, amount and also display
the liter, unit price and amount. The fuel will fuel via the nozzle.
Put back the nozzle, the off signal will be transmitted to the main board. The driver board
will receive the off signal from the main board. Meanwhile, the driver board will take off
the solenoid valve.(optional), the fuel is finished.
Every fuel record will be deposited to the memory of main board.
Besides, the electric device sets up the automatic protection circuit. When you fuel but
the power is suddenly off, it still can keep the data. The display also still shows the liter
and amount above 15mintues.
1, Install the fuel dispenser
The fuel dispenser fixed on the car via screw M10*80
2 , Install the electrical source
a ) The automobile storage battery DC12V or DC24V supply the power to the fuel
dispenser. The power cord is out of the fuel dispenser, the red wire is for the positive
terminal of the DC power supply. The black wire is for negative terminal of the DC power
supply. Shouldn't make any mistake.
b) The AC dispenser must be supplied by a 220V single-phase
alternating current line whose nominal values are shown in the table TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS above . The maximum acceptable variations from the electrical
parameters are:
Voltage: ± 10% of the nominal value
Frequency: Rated 50Hz(60Hz for option)
c ) The grounding of fuel dispenser must be stable and reliable. With the 4mm more
strands ground power cord to hard connect the fuel dispenser's grounding terminals.
3, Install the fuel line
a) Fuel dispenser's transport pressure comes from oil pump, which must have a by-pass
valve. Otherwise. a separate by-pass valve should be installed on the pump's exit side.
To ensure fuel line press is less than 0.3Mpa .a press meter should be installed to view
the fuel line pressure .
b) A separate filter with 300 mesh at least should be installed if the dispenser without
filter itself to avoid broken of dispenser, flow meter and solenoid valve by solids.
