OPERATION
General settings of the hob
You can change the general settings of the hob. These settings are saved even after switch-
ing off the hob. You can change the following settings:
• Language selection
• Display brightness
• Volume
Language selection
To change the language settings, press the multifunction sensor (

) and select the "globe"
symbol
. Now the language menu appears. The currently selected language is highlight-
ed. To change the language, press the indicated place on the heat setting selection sensor
field (
2
). The menu is left automatically.
Display brightness
To change the brightness settings, press the multifunction sensor (
3
) and select the "sun"
symbol
. Now the brightness menu appears. To change the brightness level, simply slide
your finger across the heat setting selection sensor
(

), the brightness level increases from
left to right. To exit the menu just press the multifunction sensor (
3
) again.
Volume control
To change the volume settings, press the multifunction sensor (
3
) and select the "speaker"
symbol
. Now the volume menu appears. To change the volume level, simply slide your
finger across the heat setting selection sensor
(

), volume level increases from left to right.
To exit the menu just press the multifunction sensor (
3
) again.
Remember the settings function
If the hob was accidentally switched off by pressing the on/off sensor (
1
), all the settings
can be restored using the remember settings function. After switching off the control panel
by pressing the on/off sensor (
1
), you have 6 seconds to switch the hob back on, and the
settings will be restored. Remember function can be used if at least one cooking zone was
active (heat level > 0).
Sensor lock for 20 seconds
To enable the lock function briefly press the on/off sensor
(
1
).
The menu appears

you can enable the lock by pressing the „
”
symbol on the heat setting selection
sensor (

).
While the lock is active, the display shows the message "Time limit active" and the remain-
ing time.
