The appliance
is hard to
manoeuvre.
1. The wheels are
jammed.
2. The gap and obstacle
sensors are dirty.
3. Problem with the
laser module.
1. Clean the vacuum
wheels and remove the
hair and other debris
caught up around them.
2. Gently clean all of
the sensors on the
appliance.
3. Clean the laser module
gently with a soft cloth.

Scheduling
does not work
correctly.
1. The robot is not
switched on.
2. The robot battery is
weak.
3. The dust bin is full.
4. Scheduling has been
cancelled.
1. Switch the robot on.
2. Recharge the robot
before starting a new
cleaning cycle.
3. Remove the dust bin
and empty it before
reinserting it.
4. Check the schedule on
the mobile app and
reschedule the cleaning
cycle, if necessary.
