Troubleshooting
To avoid breakdowns/malfunctioning, regularly check and clean the
appliance accessories.
“Complete
cleaning.”
End of cleaning cycle. The indicator light is steady blue.
“Beeping” The battery is charged. The indicator light is steady blue.
“Please install the
dustbin.”
Insert the dustbin. The indicator light quickly flashes red.
“Wi-Fi Reset.” Reset Wi-Fi audio message.
“Wi-Fi connecting,
please wait.” Wi-Fi connection audio message. The indicator light slowly
flashes blue.
“Wi-Fi Connected.” Wi-Fi connected. The indicator light is steady blue.
“Please clean dusts
of the laser.”
Dust on the laser can affect the signal.
The indicator light quickly flashes red.
Clean the laser using a dry cloth, then restart the
appliance.
“Press the volume
button short“ Press the volume button short, indicator stays stable in
blue.
