Troubleshooting

The appliance
is hard to
manoeuvre.
1. The wheels are
jammed.
2. The gap and obstacle
sensors are dirty.
1. Clean the vacuum wheels and
remove the hair and other
debris caught up around
them.
2. Gently clean all of the sensors
on the appliance.

Scheduling
does not work
correctly.
1. The robot is not
switched on.
2. The robot battery is
weak.
3. The dust bin is full.
4. Scheduling has been
cancelled.
1. Switch the robot on.
2. Recharge the robot before
starting a new cleaning cycle.
3. Remove the dust bin and
empty it before reinserting it.
4. Check the schedule and
reschedule the cleaning cycle,
if necessary.

The remote
control does not
work
1. The batteries are not
inserted or need to be
replaced.
2. The remote control is
broken.
3. The robot is not
switched on.
1. Change the batteries.
2. Replace the remote control for
a new one.
3. Switch the robot on.
