Troubleshooting

The appliance
is hard to
manoeuvre.
1. The wheels are
jammed.
2. The gap and
obstacle sensors are
dirty.
3. Problem with the
laser module.
4. The floor is wet.
5. The dustbin is not
attached correctly.
6. The central brush
is not inserted
correctly.
7. The floor is too dark.
8. The light reflects off
the floor and dazzles
the laser module.
1. Clean the vacuum wheels
and remove the hair and
other debris caught up
around them.
2. Gently clean all of the
sensors on the appliance.
3. Check the laser and clean
it with a soft, dry cloth.
4. Dry the floor.
5. Remove and reinsert the
dustbin.
6. Remove and reinsert the
brush in its cavity.
7. The robot does not
function correctly on a
black or dark coloured
floor.
8. Perform a test by closing
the curtains or blinds
where the light reflects.

Scheduling
does not work
correctly.
1. The robot is not
switched on.
2. The robot battery is
weak.
3. The robot is not
placed on its home
base.
4. Scheduling has been
cancelled.
1. Switch the robot on.
2. Recharge the robot before
starting a new cleaning
cycle.
3. Plug the home base in and
place the robot on top.
4. Check the schedule and
reschedule the cleaning
cycle, if necessary.
