4. Lower both platforms of the secondly scissors to the lowest position.
a. Turn the Two-way valve to oil filling position (
See Fig. 38
), push button
UP for
secondly scissors
and fill oil to the secondly cylinder until full, and then hold down
the button
LOCK for secondly scissors
for a while for bleeding air. Repeat these
steps until no air in the hydraulic system(normally repeat two time the air will be
bleed off).
b. Turn the Two-way valve to normal working position (
See Fig. 39
), push button
UP
for secondly scissors
to rise the lift, check if both platforms are at the same height,
if not, do the synchronous adjustment till the two safety devices can be locked or
released at the same time
.
