Release the “DOWN” push-button (2) on the remote control.



Replace the remote control to its holder.

Raising the Platform



Accompany a passenger onto the platform for an embarkation

procedure.



Make sure that the centre of gravity of the wheelchair is in the

centre of the platform (see Figure 10, page 25). This will prevent

the linear lift from excessive wear.



Apply the wheelchair's brakes.



If applicable, switch the motor of an electrically driven wheelchair

OFF.



Switch the linear lift ON (see Figure 9, page 24).



Remove the remote control from its holder on the side of the lif-

ting unit.



Press and hold the “UP” push-button (1) on the remote control.

The linear lift raises the platform, until it has reached the embarkati-

on / disembarkation level. The linear lift stops automatically in this

position.
