Alarm Setup

Alarm In Polarity Setup

Use the 

Alarm In Polarity 

screen to set the polarity for each of the

alarm inputs.

NOTE: The virtual keyboard is disabled on the Alarm In Polarity

screen.

Alarm Input —

The names of each alarm input are listed in the

Alarm In Polarity 

screen. These names are configured in the

Alarms In Names 

screen.

Polarity —

Select the desired polarity for this alarm input:

Active-Low 

or 

Active-High

. That is, select the signal that triggers

an alarm. The default setting is 

Active-Low

.

1.

Click down arrow for the alarm input. The two polarity
options appear.

2.

Click the desired alarm input polarity.

Click 

OK

 to accept the displayed alarm input polarity settings, as

well as any changes on the other Alarm Setup screens, and return
to the 

Setup Options 

screen. Click 

Cancel

 to cancel the changes.
