7. Verify cable length (Figure 7).
Once housing is completely threaded in place,
ends of composite cable wires should hang
3cm (1") below bottom of housing.

8. Reassemble strain relief (Figure 8).
a. Spread split bushing and strain relief and
place them around cable.
b. Slip them up into body of strain relief
assembly.
c. Slip cap over cable and slide it up to body
of strain relief assembly. Simultaneously,
push up cable until end of jacket is flush
with surface of cap. Just cable wires should
be exposed.
d. Hand thread cap until tight.

9. Connect ac wires to 3-pin plug [b]
