Never try to repair or dismantle the mini portable air conditioner yourself. Incompetent repairs result in
loss of warranty and can endanger the user and the property.  Before calling for assistance, please check
these points.

Solution

The unit doesn’t operate.

No power supply.

Connect to a functioning outlet and
switch on. If the unit does not turn on,
press the top reset button on the plug.
The green light on the plug will indicate
the unit is receiving power.  At the same
time the on/off indicator will turn green.
The unit is ready to be powered ON.

Is the tank full light fl ashing?

Empty the water tank.

Room temperature above 95°F.

The protection device is activated:
the unit can not be started (see page 9).

The dehumidifying function
doesn’t work.

The filter is dirty.

Clean or replace the fi lter (see page 10).

Air inlet or air outlet blocked.

Unplug the unit and remove the
blockage.

No air is discharged.

The filter is dirty.

Clean or replace the fi lter (see page 10).

Operation is noisy.

The unit stands uneven

Place on an even, solid surface (less
vibrations).

The fi lter is clogged.

Clean or replace the fi lter. (see page 10).

When your ACW Mini Portable Air Conditioner will not be
used for a longer period of time:

 •  Drain the condensed water from the tank completely.

•  Make sure tank is dry completely before storage to avoid

mold/bacteria build up that can be hazardous to your
health.  We suggest allowing the unit and the water tank
to separately air dry for a period of 24 hours.

 •  Clean or change the fi lter.

 •  When all is dry and clean, fold the power supply cord and

put it in the water tank.

 •  Protect the unit against dust (put back into its original

carton) and store in a cool and dry place not accessible for
children.

 •  Do not stock heavy objects on top of the unit.
