Using the whisk
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing sponges
and ready-mix desserts.
Do not use the beaker when using the whisk. Instead, use a wider
bowl.
1. Insert the whisk

into the whisk gear box

2. Insert the the motor unit

into the whisk gear box until it locks.
3. Place the whisk in a bowl and, only then, press the normal speed
button

to turn the whisk on.
4. Start with a slow speed setting. Then, for faster whisking, press
the turbo speed button

5. For best results, hold the whisk at an angle while whisking.
6. To remove the whisk, press both of the side buttons

simultaneously and pull off the whisk gear box.
7. Then pull the whisk out of the whisk gear box.
Only whisk up to about 1 ½ cups of chilled cream
(min. 30 % fat content at 40 - 46 °F) at a time.
Only whip up to 4 egg whites at one time.
