Malfunctions

Problem

Solution

The temperature is 
too high. 

The door does not seal 
properly when closed 
or has been opened too 
often.

 

− Resort the bottles so that the 

door can be closed properly.

 

− Always open the door for a 

short time only.

 

− Check the door seal.

The appliance is dirty.

 

− Clean the appliance.

The appliance has been 
set up in a place where 
it is exposed to direct 
sunlight or near a heat 
source.

 

− Move the appliance to a 

different location.

 

− Set the appliance to a lower 

temperature.

The controls do not 
work.

The temperature sensor 
is defective.

 

− Contact our Service Centre.

The interior lighting 
is not working.

The light is defective.

 

− Contact our Service Centre.

End of operation

If you are not intending to operate the appliance for a longer period of time, please 
carry out the following:

 

− Switch the appliance off and pull out the mains plug.

 

− Empty the appliance completely.

 

− Wipe out the inside of the appliance and let it dry. 

 

− Carefully rinse all the fi ttings.

 

− Leave the appliance door open to avoid unpleasant odours and to prevent 

mould from forming.
