10.1 Transport and operational position
WARNING
Instruct people to leave the swivel area of the machine wing be-
fore you fold the machine wing out or in.
WARNING
Damage to the centre disc gangs!
Do not put the folded implement down on the centre disc gangs!
The execution of some hydraulic functions can take a little longer.
Make sure that the hydraulic cylinders are able to move in and out to
the limit of their stop positions.
ContourFrame During operation, the sections are pressed onto the
ground by the pre-load pressure.
10.1.1 Conversion from transport to operational position
1. Actuate
yellow
tractor control unit.
→
Raise the implement completely.
2. Actuate blue tractor control unit.
→ Unfold the implement.
→
Actuate the tractor control unit a little longer until the section
pressure has been reached through the pre-load pressure.
ContourFrame After unfolding, actuate the tractor control unit until
the pressure gauge displays the correct pre-load pressure 60 bar.
If the section locking mechanism blocks the unfolding mechanism:
Briefly actuate the
blue
tractor control unit.

Fold in the implement.
3. Put the side elements into working position.
4. Swivel the required number of spacer elements away from the
drawbar cylinder and secure.
→ The implement must be aligned horizontally when in working
position.
5. Actuate
yellow
tractor control unit.
→
Lower the implement into working position.
→ Completely raise the running gear.
6. During operation, put the
blue
and
yellow
tractor control unit in
float position.
