4.9 Necessary tractor equipment
For the machine to be operated as intended, the tractor must fulfil the
following requirements:
Tractor engine power
Minimum required:
Catos 7003-2TX from 154 kW (210 PS)
Catos 8003-2TX from 176 kW (240 PS)
Catos 9003-2TX from 198 kW (270 PS)
Electrical system
Battery voltage:
• 12 V (volts)
Lighting socket:

Hydraulic system
Maximum operating pressure:
• 210 bar
Tractor pump power:
•
At least 30 l/min at 150 bar
Implement hydraulic fluid:
• HLP68 DIN 51524
The implement hydraulic fluid is suitable for the combined hydraulic
fluid circuits of all standard tractor brands.
Control units:

Service brake system
Dual-circuit service brake sys-
tem:
•
1 hose coupling (red) for the supply line
• 1 hose coupling (yellow) for the brake line
Hydraulic braking system:
• 1 hydraulic coupling in accordance with ISO 5676
The hydraulic braking system is not allowed in Germany and several
other EU countries!
Connection fitting between the tractor and the machine:

The lower link of the tractor must have lower link hooks.
4.10 Noise production data
The workplace-related emission value (acoustic pressure level) is 74
dB(A), measured in operating condition at the ear of the tractor driver
with the cabin closed.
Measuring unit: OPTAC SLM 5.
The noise level is primarily dependent on the vehicle used.
