STEP3
Assemble bolts(c), spring washer(b) and flat washer(a) through
each corner block of the seat (2) to the back frame.
Do not fully tighten the bolts at this point in time.

STEP4
Carefully turn the chair over, and put the chair on the floor.
Tighten each loose bolt a little at a time while marking sure the
chair remains level. Repeat until all loose bolts are fully tight.
ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE
