4.3 Inserting the Blank Holder for
Glass Ceramic Blanks

Check the pin of the blank holder and clean if
required.

Insert the blank holder with the pin to the stop
in the locating bore.

Tighten fastening screw [1] with with the torque
wrench.
4.4 Starting the Grinding Program

Briefly press operation button [A].
The machine advances to the starting position.
▷
Mount the transparent splash guard [1] to the
extraction opening and lock it in place with
lever [3].

Transfer the milling file for wet processing.

Tighten fastening screw [1] with a torque of
4 Nm.
The torque wrench included in the delivery
scope of the Ceramill Motion 2 is appropriately
set.
