The blank holder for glass ceramic blanks
(179260) is a blank holder for Ceramill Motion 2. It
is used to accommodate up to three glass ceramic
blanks and the respective Ceramill Motion 2 Dia-
mond tools.

4.1 Loading the Blank Holder for Glass
Ceramic Blanks
▷
Insert the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond standard
tools into the blank holder for glass ceramic
blanks. Position the tool shank facing toward
the outside.

Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.8
(760622) at position 1.
▪
Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.4
(760621) at position 2.

Optional: Insert the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond
sister tools into the blank holder for glass
ceramic blanks. Position the tool shank facing
toward the outside.

Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.8
(760622) at position 4.

Mount the Ceramill Motion 2 Diamond 1.4
(760621) at position 5.

Depending on your selection in the Ceramill
Match 2, insert up to three blanks into the blank
holder with the groove facing frontward, and
secure them with the Allen key.

The blank holder can also be inserted into
the Ceramill Motion 2 before loading it
(see page 5).
