CALIBRATION OF BLANK HOLDER D-SET

M3_D-Set - Calibration file and then click
on the
Transfer button to transfer data to the
hybrid milling machine.

If
Start jobs after transfer was not selected:
Start job manually at the hybrid milling
machine.
16 calibration marks are milled for fixation of the
tooth blanks in the correct position.
The calibration process takes approx.
35 minutes.
▷
When the calibration is completed: Mount fixa-
tion plate back to blank holder with the seven
screws.
The workpiece holder is now calibrated for this
production machine and can immediately be used
for machining D-Set blanks.
