placed on the upper front panel to reduce sound from the
washtub. The QuietSeries

foam strip placed along the baseframe to seal sound within
the cabinet of the washer.
• The insulation helps to
reduce sounds coming
from inside the washer,
making installation more
flexible.

Self-Clean Lint
Removal System
• The tub is designed with larger holes at the base of the tub
to allow lint, dirt, grit, sand and fibers to exit. The holes grow
progressively smaller toward the top to prevent lint and dirt
from re-entering the wash basket as water is recirculated
back into the tub at the top.
• Helps keep lint and dirt
from redepositing on
clothes.

Swirl-Away Drain
• The Swirl-Away drain removes water by pulling it up and
away from clothes. This is achieved through the centrifugal
motion created by the inner tub which spins during the
draining process. Competitors actually filter dirty water
through clothes during drain.
• The unique spinning action
of the Swirl-Away drain
removes water, soap,
residue, sand, soil and lint
so clothes come out
looking their best.

• Low-post design features unique symmetrically-balanced,
low-noise, low-friction and cooler-running fiberglass acetal
co-polymer gears. This rugged transmission is designed to
handle any load placed in the 3.3 cubic foot capacity washer.
It operates with a long, slow stroke to increase turnover in
the washtub and move clothes through the optimum
cleaning zone.

moving parts in the
transmission. Fewer
moving parts result in less
wear and tear.
